What is it?

The PerformanceJet Service training class is designed to prepare Mutoh Service Providers with the knowledge and skills needed to ascertain pre-sale requirements and logistics, install the printer and related software, and perform part replacement, calibration and alignment, troubleshooting, and repair of PJ-2508UF UV printer.

Who is it for?

All dealer/reseller field service engineers who sell and service Mutoh PJ-2508UF UV printers.

What does this class cost?

PerformanceJet Service Training costs $199 for all authorized resellers and their service technicians. Lunch will be provided at no additional cost.  Upon RSVP’ing and Class confirmation, Please send a P.O. to Training@mutoh.com and Mutoh will invoice you. (Your seat will not be confirmed until PO is received. Class has a limited number of available seats and is available on a first come first-served basis.)

Class Time

Each day class begins promptly at 8:30 am and will end between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm.  Technicians are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled, coffee, etc.

Dress Code

We suggest either business casual attire or tech uniform (Polo and Jeans are acceptable)
