Classroom Covered Materials:
This three-day, hands-on classroom course focuses on real-world installation, setup, maintenance, and repair of MUTOH Roll-to-Roll printers. Technicians who complete the class and pass the MUTOH Certification Exam at the end of the training will receive a Certificate of Completion. Certification is required to maintain authorization to service MUTOH Roll-to-Roll products. Technicians who are not certified may be limited in the service work they can perform and in their ability to support warranty-related repairs.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
All Dealers and Technicians are required to register for both a MUTOH Club account and a MUTOH Thinkific account before the start of class. Training materials are hosted on the MUTOH Thinkific Training Site at https://mutoh.thinkific.com and must be completed as part of the class requirements.
These courses are designed to support and reinforce the products, workflows, and materials covered during the onsite MUTOH training. Completion of the required Thinkific courses is mandatory and is also required to receive VerteLith RIP software licensing information. Detailed class logistics and access information will be sent no later than two weeks prior to the training start date.

Please email Brian Armenta, Technical Manager, at barmenta@mutoh.com. Brian will send the Dealer documents on the “How to Setup” Dealer Admin Account. The Dealer Admin can then set up their individual Technician Accounts before arriving at onsite MUTOH Training.
